I focus on improving customer satisfaction (internal and external customers) by developing long-term Quality systems and strategies. I have a wide range of knowledge in manufacturing processes that include: automotive assembly, electronic assembly, and polymer extrusion. I had also been involved with scientific studies in metallurgy and mineral research. My professional background and education allows me to: easily see areas in need of improvements, analyze and properly utilize quality tools to find true root cause(s), and offer many skills as a quality consultant/engineer to give suggestions on how each solution or corrective and preventive action can be pursued.

Lead the implementation of Intertape Performance System (IPS) in the Menasha plant location and assumed responsibilities for all quality concerns (internal and external). Work directly with corporate to ensure all business goals and objectives are met. Develop and create foundational systems and processes to support all manufacturing departments to reduce wastes. Collaborate with all level of Sales and Customer Service Representatives to resolve field complaints, and track customer return goods (CRG’s).
Feb 2012 – April 2013, Fond Du Lac, WI
Quality Engineer II, Mercury Marine – Automotive
Primary customer interface for quality concerns, specifications, and requirements. Develop and manage Test cell data infrastructure systems. Facilitates continuous quality/process improvement activities (over 50 major improvements in 2012). Train peers in using 8 Disciplines (8D) system. Develop quality deliverable using Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, and Discoverer and distribute to all functional groups to help drive continuous quality improvement (CQI). Teamed with Supplier Quality Engineers to initiate and resolute supplier quality concerns, and assist with PPAP.
