Global Project Management Office Leader, PM Operations Team 2008 - Present
Lead Project Management initiatives globally (~90 PM’s globally) to drive common Project Management processes and tools, which result in improved quality, Cost and Schedule performance and efficiency in Project delivery and fulfillment. Create and drive a culture of EPC Project Management Excellence across all PM execution functions.
• Create training programs for specific PM processes training. Insure compliance with ISO9001 standards and maintain Quality Management System. Participate in Internal/Registrar Quality audits and investigations to identify potential deficiencies in growth initiatives or customer centric activities.
• Manage quality metrics and performance including On Time Delivery (OTD), Net Promoter Score-NPS (based Customer Survey, and Contribution Margin (Project Profit Margin).
• Implemented cross functional Lessons Learned Project Reviews and Cost/Scope Deep Dives of projects with significant Cost Gain/Loss to determine Root Causes and improvement actions.
• Developed Resource Demand/Capacity Database driven model using MS Access and Excel, and integrated with a projects database “PDIT” containing all active and closed Water projects. PDIT is a GE developed SQL database which is integrated with Primavera, and the tool used by PM’s to track Cost and Schedule performance of their portfolio of projects. GE Water uses Primavera as its standard Scheduling Tool, which is integrated with SAP-Project Systems (ERP-Project Cost/Financial Management).
• In 2013 focusing on project Cost Management developed and implemented project Cost performance database and Dashboard using the “Tableau” Analytics tool. Dashboard enables users to interactively drill down into critical performance metrics including Cost and Schedule performance including potential and realized Cost/Schedule impacts. Enables PM’s and other functional leaders to drill down into their project portfolio (500+ Active Water Projects) to lower level project details. Dashboard used in monthly project Cost and Financial reviews.
GE ENERGY POWER PLANT SYSTEMS

As Functional Program Manager in GE Energy’s Proposal Management/Estimating organization was Instrumental in developing and operationalizing several new integrated Proposal/Estimating Enterprise-Wide applications. eSumOps is a GE developed web-based Financial/Proposal tool for integrating and summarizing financials on all Proposals (Thermal-Combined Cycle/Simple Cycle). Key architect in development and implementation of a customized and integrated Success Enterprise Estimating application, used by GE Power Globally for development of complete Power Plant Estimates/Proposals. Success Enterprise and eSumOps were integrated with MS Project to provide a complete financial and detailed estimate of power plant projects. Success and eSumOps have since simplified and integrated with Primavera.

Started assignment as Senior Consultant overseeing/leading 6 Senior Cost Engineers/Estimators, which evolved into Cost Engineering Manager Position with 10 direct reports.
• Developed Project Controls organization, including staffing, system development, and training.
• Developed and implemented an "Activity Based Costed" Integrated Budgeting/Planning Process and tools. Integrated Cost and Schedule Tools consisted of Success Estimator, Primavera, and a DOE Cost Management Tool.
