• Conducted numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments across the U.S. on a wide range of properties including apartment complexes, restaurants, gasoline stations, shopping centers, office and warehouse buildings and inner-city redevelopment sites.
• Responsible for all aspects of the projects from receipt of the proposal to completion of the report, including budget management, scheduling, travel arrangements, site contact coordination, and identifying and obtaining information from local regulatory agencies.
• Completed work on fast-paced projects with minimal supervision, within budget, and within tight deadlines.
• Completed regulatory file reviews at various state agencies.
• Conducted visual observations for moisture intrusion assessments at apartment complexes under the supervision of a licensed mold consultant.
• Completed in-house training seminars in Property Condition Assessments, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and Geology.
