• Six Sigma Project: Completed a Six Sigma project to optimize the processes within an organization AGEN-USA (NGO). Used the Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Methodology to generate a new process to improve the coordination of the members within the organization. Deliverables of the project included designing a Microsoft Access database for recording and sharing specific data and also a FMEA and control plan for failure analysis.
• Quality Assurance project: Worked on an Auto gyro Design in Quality Assurance to improve and stabilize the flight times. Conducted the Measurement System Analysis (Linearity and Gauge R&R) to validate the measurement system. Also performed a Design of Experiment running a fractional factorial design to determine the significant factors affecting the flight time.
