Worked as “Consultant I –Tax” with Deloitte Tax Services India Pvt. Ltd. from July, 2012 to July, 2013
Role:
• Addressed and assisted Deloitte and global clients (around 450) with Deloitte Tax Online tools for 3.5 months (Customer Service) in trouble shooting the issues and application maintenance.
• Created test cases, performed Quality assurance testing, User acceptance testing, browser compatibility testing (IE8, IE9, Chrome and Firefox), smoke testing, usability testing and regression testing.
• Analysing Technical documentation (functional specifications) for inconsistencies and contradictory requirements.
• Worked on online new content on the front end functionality for online tool using HTML and CSS (Web design).
