I have completed major projects in the design of large agricultural production facilities, water supply, water distribution and irrigation systems, irrigation systems, sewer systems, waste treatment facilities, road and road networks, drainage systems overall site layouts and development. This includes complete facility design, which includes civil, architectural, environmental, electrical, mechanical and structural on production and processing facilities. In this process I have managed up to 6 engineers in the project design and a number of support personnel. In many of the projects I have been involved in contract management and supervision to ensure projects are completed ahead of time and below budget. Accomplishments include the design of over 100 facilities ranging from $50,000 to $24 million dollars in 16 various States in the United States and the international countries of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Georgia and Nigeria. This includes managing and running both private and governmental contracts.
In the international designs, I have been involved coordinating with different cultures, different design standards and working both in the English and Metric systems.
CHIEF OF STAFF JUNE 2011 – APRIL 2012

5th Brigade, 75th Training Division (Mission Command) Camp Parks, CA, USA
Responsibilities included:
• Chief of Staff for a general officer commanded Mission Command Training Brigade,
• Commander’s principal assistant.
• Directing, coordinating, synchronizing, supervising, and training a brigade staff consisting of 10 directors and a support staff of over 85 military and civilian personnel.
• Direct the staff activities to facilitate mission accomplishment to prepare deploying units and Soldiers to fight, survive and win on the battlefield.
• Ensure the staff integrates and coordinates its activities internally and with high, subordinate and adjacent commands within a framework of risk management and concern for Soldier welfare.
Major Accomplishments include improving the metrics in the Brigade to be the highest in Division in 9 out of 15 categories.
CAMP VICTORY FORWARD OPERATING BASE COMMANDER/MAYOR JULY 2009 – JUNE 2004
(Deployed for Operation Iraqi Freedom)
561st Regional Support Group, 3rd Corps, US Army Camp Victory, Baghdad, Iraq,
Responsibilities included:
• Commander of the Base serving the command of the US Army Force Iraq
• Manage operations of all Garrison assets to include over 2,300 facilities, 60 military units, 40 US Contractors and 14 Iraqi businesses.
• Manage all projects on Camp Victory, by managing resources, coordinating with various staff agencies, managing contracts and prioritizing resources to accomplish required tasks.
• Continuously keep higher headquarters informed of the status of the base.
• Supervision of 15 soldiers in the Mayor Cell.
Major Accomplishments include the construction of a $1+ million major rest and relaxation facility, the development of Iraqi businesses and major road and utility construction on the base.
SUPPORT OPERATIONS OFFICER/LIAISON OFFICER JANUARY 2003 – FEBRUARY 2004
(DEPLOYED FOR OPERATION ENDURING/IRAQI FREEDOM)
19th Material Management Center, 3d COSCOM, US Army
Camp Arifjan, Kuwait & LSA Anaconda, Iraq
Responsibilities included:
• Planning, coordinating and synchronizing material management and distribution for US Army Forces in Iraq.
• Maximizing distribution based logistics to improve material readiness of US Army Forces
• Provide guidance and timely material management and sustainment decisions to subordinate direct and general support organizations.
• Continuously keep higher headquarters informed of the material status of all classes of supply, material readiness and changing logistical requirements and issues.
• Supervision of 20 soldiers in the material management center.
Major Accomplishments include the management of all the fuel, water, ammunition, spare parts and construction material during the major war operation of 2003.
