• Signal analysis and processing implemented in cadaver testing for application in Anthropomorphic Test Device (ATD) design for the Warrior Injury Assessment Manikin (WIAMan) project. My specific responsibilities include:
o Working group leader tasked with determining and implementing optimal filtering frequencies for use in biofidelity response corridors and injury risk curves
o Programming and managing Matlab code alterations as requested by clients for use in impact data collection
o Design of finite element simulation of impact loading using LS-DYNA and HyperMesh software packages
• Leader of core team tasked with designing an anatomic simulation device for surgical training to be manufactured by clients Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc.
o Creating segmented models using Mimics software and Geomagic Studio finite element modeling
