Maintaining accurate monitoring of activity, applications and competition.
Providing basic engineering support on tool applications, to ensure the successful utilization and operation of the given tool or product.
Analyzing tool performance data prepare and present performance summaries.
Provide field analysis for failed tool investigation and coordinated with Service Quality Group to provide and present applicable incident report to client.
Support field testing of new products and design improvements.
Make recommendations to enhance existing products to drive reliability.
