•Create new Visual Work Instructions (VWI) using Deep Exploration, Deep Access, Right Hemisphere software defined by Manufacturing Engineering (MES) plans and released CATIA V5 engineering models, to support IAL/F35 Forward Center Fuselage production Assembly line.
•Floor support for the Global Hawk. Incorporation of EC’s for Harness Assy. Reroute, connectivity. Using Power Point for reference and updated the Visual Work instructions and The Process plan. And checking the aircraft for updates.

•Created Support equipment (3D Model’s) for reference only for Manufacturing. Using CATIA V5-(18-19).
•Develop technical illustrations for Unmanned Air Vehicle (UAV) Globalhawk. Using Deep Exploration, Deep Access, and Right Hemisphere software per procedures requirements and creating animation for installation and removal of different components such as pumps, starters, engine, batteries, nacelle structures, doors etc.
•Created 3D model’s with CATIA V5 for support equipment as a reference. Using MIL-SPEC/AECMAS1000D.

Mechanical and PCB Design.
•Design housing and brackets, connectors, cable assembly using Inventor 3D model and AutoCAD 2009.
•Using PADS 07 and Autocad for RF PCB design. My roll included checking foot print and updated according to RF. MIL-SDT, IPC-7351A and updating the layout to accomplish the new foot print. Moving part, traces etc.

•I used CATIA V5 (16-17). Created 3d model for insulation blankets for section of the aircraft 787. Also created 3D models for brackets, tool head modifications. Some sheet metal and Composite Design.
•Completed the documentation related. Bill of material, Detail Drawings etc. Made engineer decisions for changing new and old design for better manufacturing.
•I used AutoCAD to create Insulation blankets drawing for the Boeing fleet, 737,747,767 and their documentation. GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance), ASME Y14.5M.
