Worked with a group of engineers overseeing (Circuit card assembly) CCAs from Boeing and Airbus.
Includes, trouble shooting CCAs, providing disposition for material and issues relating to supplier quality and product quality.
Root cause corrective analysis for nonconforming CCA, material, and processes.
Work order instruction alteration for technicians.
Worked with electronics technicians in trouble shooting problems on units.
Met with upper management, fellow product engineers, design engineers, and technicians to solve problems with products ranging from supplier quality issues to design flaws.
Documented updates for latest revisions on circuit boards, worked with technicians to update work instructions by working with other engineers and production engineer technicians.
Projects I worked on :
Built In Quality for site Silver Certification. This included getting information from technicians and working with upper management to better restructure Honeywell, Olathe.
Aged quality notification inventory reduction to reduce the number of material that was located in the system without disposition from a production engineer.
Skills I learned:
Extensive use of SAP.
I dispositioned material from the technicians, restocked units that were over shipped, created work instruction and edited operations for technicians and returned material to vendor for faulty material.
