Hired in July of 2012 to help the expanding Sales Engineering department develop written process and continue smooth flow from engineering, sales, purchasing, and manufacturing.
Manage a team of 6 engineers and technicians and reports directly to the COO

Update and manage efficiency in the ERP/MRP system SAP Business One for all custom product

Maintain the custom requests and support to sales of technical information
Design (Solidworks) and documentation of all custom product (ECO, ECR, Manufacturing Drawings, etc)
Ensuring effective communications between Sales, Engineering and Purchasing personnel
Assign and Manage 6+ new Projects per week, > 95% on time completion rate
Work with New Product Development to implement Custom product into Standard Product
Submit for certifications among others but including UL, CUL, and DLC
Head team in charge of choosing and implementing the new product Configurator/proposal generator/quote system

In 2011 the official position of Training Manager for the Americas was created for me. Training of Rapidform software grew by 17% the first year of my employment and a need for a new level of management was established. Taught advanced 3D modeling for reverse engineering in technical and non-technical settings.
• Manage 3 Application Engineers who will perform training throughout the 2012 Fiscal year
• New Business Plan Development created to establish the budget and operation of the training team
