In this position I created and maintained the upkeep to the Work instructions and BOM used to build the Honda jet fuselage. I Also manage the change to the configuration by updating BOM’s of the aircraft using ERP software and Supplier portals. I also performed First article inspections using Quality software specific to GKN. Writing Standard Work procedures for Honda Jet Program to be published, also translating blueprints and drawings to the assembly workers to get pilot holes, parts , assemblies and sub assemblies drilled for installation into the fuselage.

Work in the wiring Department of project planning, using software such as DELMIA (planning software) ,CATIA V5,Velocity,ENOVIA and also supplier portals for creating and revising Installation plans and BOM’s specific to the wiring of the 787 Aircraft. I also resolved SRR, redlines and Non conformances while working ship ship support to production on shop floor. Hardware/Configuration Management : In this position I manage change to the configuration of the aircraft by interrogating Change Notices for upcoming Lines(Aircrafts) making sure that production has everything readily available so that all parts, tools and everything else that is needed to keep production going according to schedule.. I then schedule weekly meetings to inform the different functions including production, Industrial engineering, materials and also planning of these are unique changes, parts or tooling that are required for each aircraft.
