Data Scrapper [PHP, MySQL]
• Makes calls to the API for the game Dota 2 in order to track in game item ownership stats
• Employs a custom parser to extract info from the item definition file
• Stores data in a MySQL database hosted on Amazon’s RDS
• Generates analytical information periodically and displays the results on a website
Automatic Replay Archiver for Dota 2 [Node.js]
• Communicates with Dota 2’s game coordinator server to pull match logs and determine the location of the game’s replay file
• Uses a SQLite database to keep track of which replays have been downloaded and have been deleted from the game’s servers
• Downloads and extracts the replay, then pushes the file to Dropbox though their HTTP API
Embedded Systems Project [C]
• Made and programmed a wearable device powered by two MSP430 Microprocessors
• Can display current temperature and direction, works as a pedometer, and has a pulse reader
