Senior Vice President and head of Altair’s Construction Engineering, Environmental and Inspection Division. Experience includes serving as the Manger and Engineer for the I-95,I-595, Florida Turnpike project, Tampa Bay bridge and Universal studios. performed as CEI, Construction, Environmental Engineer for the FDOT and the Public Private Partnership Projects in the state of Florida and the Universal Studio interchange.
