Overall responsible for engineering and design of Ethylene Furnaces, Hydrogen Reformers, ductwork, stacks, pipe racks, equipment supports, open structures and foundations.
Manage engineering and design resources, generate estimates/schedule and prepare bi-weekly progress reports.
Attend weekly project meetings, address queries/concerns from client, and support other engineering disciplines in evaluating different design options.
Manage work-share with Technip India and Korea offices to reduce cost and expedite schedule.
Support construction activities through timely resolution of RFI’s, modify/re-design unanticipated clashes in revamp projects and support QA/QC with site and shop inspection of civil/structural activities.
Lead fabrication drawing review process and coordinate with steel fabricator to meet scheduled delivery of steel at the site.
Generate specifications/standards to be used for the project and certify/stamp design drawings as the Engineer of Record.
