Qualifications:
Recently completed UCSC Computer Programming Certification complementing my extensive experience as a test integrator for software, hardware and databases.
• Generate test plans, procedures and functioning as a Lead facilitator/integrator on Discrepancy Resolutions (DR) meetings and utilizing Microsoft Office Suite software performance tools for tracking of DR items.
• Operational testing experience includes reviewing requirements databases, software and hardware also system engineering integration and test.
• Train real-time operation personnel, write procedural document updates and memo grams and maintain system configuration management control.
• Perform Customer(s) Integration, communication, support data analyzes of test projects as it would pertain to real-time operation prior-to and during release implementation.
