Achievements
• Year on year reduction in 0-Km customer complaints from 18 ppm in 2013 to 1 ppm in 2014 for single cylinder fuel injection pumps
• Establishment of local analysis center(LAC) at Bosch, Stuttgart for investigation of products manufactured in India(Single Cylinder Pumps) and supplied to European OEMs-thereby reducing lead time for investigation and ensuring prompt response to customer issues.
• 0-km complaints for glow systems at 1 ppm in 2014 ,a reduction from 2 ppm in 2013.
