Avionics:
- B787 EIS for Air India: Communicated pre-delivery requirements at Air India prior to delivery.
- Large Display systems: Actively supported LDS-2100 retrofit and STC Development efforts for FedEx
B767-200F aircraft fleet type by collaborating internally with cross-functional teams involving Program
office, Engineering, STC & 3rd party contractor – L2 Aviation. Developed Product Support Plan for
Large Display systems on B757 and B767 platform.
- Performed aircraft fly-along to assimilate Weather Radar data for Service Bulletin development.
Flight controls:
- B787 Hands on experience replacing Elevator & Rudder control servos during OJT at Boeing field.
- Experience working with Flight Simulator – Electro-mechanical actuators, LVDTs, RVDTs, etc.
Cabin Systems:
- Tailwind 560 EIS (for Kingfisher Airlines A320/ A330 fleet). Championed a cross functional team
involving Tustin Engineering group, LCVSM and an on-site Contract CSE to identify, test and resolve
product line shortfalls voiced by the customer.
- Seamless support for CES-5000 (for India region G5000/ G6000/ CL-605 operators). Engaged with
Cross functional teams involving PSM and HCL system engineers to resolve on-site issues.
- Airbus Americas - Cabin systems support.
Head-Up guidance System:
- HGS-6700 Entry into Service for FedEx Express B757-F/ B767-F/ B777 fleet types,
• Product Support Manager role: Deputed to PSM role (July 2012) to cover SATCOM product-line.
