•Safely set cure time and temperature for motorcycle, truck, and consumer tires utilizing data from cure studies.
•Manage 40+ projects across all three curing areas and work with Maintenance/Engineering/Production to assure progress is being made on them.
•Host weekly meetings to analyze scrap causes with maintenance, production, and quality to track and reduce the amount of cured tire scrap.
•Work directly with maintenance personnel (Union and Salary) to solve curing press issues on a daily basis.
•Enhance the curing area capabilities by working to bring in new equipment or writing new quality procedures.
