Supervised and managed a group of engineers and special inspector representatives for performing partial design calculation, design review, shop drawings review and submission, threshold inspections for part of this $300 million structural steel and composite structure including auger-cast piles, foundations, shear wall, foundation walls, elevator pits, and partial structural steel erection to check the compliance with contract documents. Responsible for all reviewing structural drawings including piling, foundation, steel frames, concrete pours, foundations, monitoring testing labs for structural steel testing and concrete testing, shop drawings reviews. Review of shop drawings, RFIs, Steel piece drawings as we as construction monitoring and quality control/inspection, Client-contractor meetings, coordination work, site work observations, construction supervision for client, and coordination between site inspectors and testing personnel to carry out operations smoothly. Software use included STAAD, ADOSS, PCCOL, etc. Supervised a staff of 6 engineers & various structural inspectors, and coordinated all the inspections for the foundations, piling, and two structural levels.
