Fairfax County Courthouse Data Center Renovation: As EOR, designed structural upgrades to existing facility; including analysis of roof slab to support additional mechanical equipment, roof dunnage, concrete pier, and steel framing support for radiator platforms, pipe supports for HVAC lines, steel framing support for new openings in masonry foundation wall, and interior steel framing support for mechanical equipment.
T-Mobile South El Monte, CA: Analyzed capacity of existing slab to support heavy battery racks; designed structural steel support system for battery racks and interior CFS structure to house equipment. Coordinated structural improvements with client and vendors to ensure equipment access inside restricted footprint.
New Orleans Veterans Hospital Complex: Designed horizontal and vertical cold-formed steel framing to meet blast and wind requirements for five building complex. Provided client support over a two-year period to facilitate field construction and resolve contract drawing discrepancies.
Echostar / T-Mobile Support: Performed construction management services in New Jersey, Oregon, and Washington; including coordination among various trades involved in construction and maintenance of telecommunications equipment.
Laurel Hill Dairy Barn Complex / Lorton Prison Fairfax County, VA: Responsible for client coordination, condition surveys, design drawings, and permit approval for partial demolition and renovation of barn complex and historic brick chimney.
Fairfax County Parking Garages, VA: Performed condition surveys and prepared repair drawings for cosmetic and structural repair of garages. Designed repair and temporary shoring of damaged concrete T-beam due to deicing chemicals.
