Team observed and analyzed the workers job tasks and recommended solutions as: update on anti-fatigue mats, workstation improvement for pallet building team, conveyor ergonomics and proper lifting techniques, engineering controls and utilize automation to reduce labor in the pack out station for each line.
Veterans Administration Tennessee Valley Healthcare Safety Project (Feb 2014 – May 2014): Applying the knowledge from the Safety in Engineering and Technology class to recommend solutions on how TVHS can avoid repeat and willful violations.
