Laboratory Experience
•Inspect flip chips, capacitors, wafers, and MEMS devices, using scanning acoustic microscopy
•Collaborate with customers to identify their surface chemistry challenges and propose solutions
•Develop recipes settings for the treatment of customer samples using (SAM) and plasma apparatus
•Provide detailed laboratory reports describing the methodology and results of the plasma experiments
•Analyze R&D samples using XPS, light microscopes, goniometers, and coating measurement devices
•Train interns and laboratory technicians in (SAM) and plasma technology and laboratory procedures
•Maintain the R&D lab by monitoring lab supplies such as chemicals, gases, and other consumables
•Test new software releases on gas plasma systems and report findings to head software engineer
