Program Manager and Electronic Warfare (EW) Test Engineer, 28th Test and Evaluation Squadron, Eglin Air Force Base, FL (2010 - 2015):
Served as a technical expert responsible for testing capabilities of Combat Air Forces (CAF) operational requirements electronic warfare systems onboard A-10, B-2, B-52, F-15, F-16, C-130 and HH-60. Testing improved the combat capability, reliability, and lethality of Air Force electronic warfare systems. Planned, executed, and reported on force development evaluation (FDE) of operational fighter and bomber electronic warfare and weapons systems. Evaluated electronic attack (EA) and electronic protection (EP) systems, techniques, and applications. Provided input and assistance to Department of Defense (DoD), USAF, Air Combat Command (ACC), USA, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center (AFOTEC), and Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) customers in the development of test plans, conduct of test projects, collection of test data, and production of final reports on both developmental T&E (DT&E) and operational T&E (OT&E) programs as directed by HQ ACC. Provided operational support/expertise to USA test engineers for planning, executing and reporting of radar and missile systems testing.
Lead Software Engineer, Northrop Grumman, Niceville FL (2009 - 2010)
Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT-TA) software engineer for the AN/ALR-39 Radar Warning Receiver. Provided remote systems and software engineering support for many customers including Army Program Executive Officers (PEOs) and their Project Managers / Project Directors (PMs / PDs), Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) and its components, and other Department of Defense (DOD) elements such as the United States Navy (USN) and Marine Corps (USMC). Requirements included threat intelligence analysis from a number of different sources, depending on mission and tactics used in certain theaters of operation. Intelligence assessments were incorporated in the development of Mission Data Sets (MDS) updates and operator tools for radar warning sets.
Program Manager and Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses (SEAD) Engineer, 68th Electronic Warfare Squadron, Eglin Air Force Base, FL (2002 - 2005)
Provided electronic engineering expertise, technical advice and leadership for F-16 Electronic Warfare (EW) mission data development and operational test and evaluation. Lead engineer and program manager for HTS EW Assessment Program. Provided guidance and engineering expertise in planning, execution, and reporting phases for all 68 EWS operational systems (SEAD and E-3 ESM systems). Integrated EW and threat expertise in mission data development, critical to success to operational plans and performance of CAF and foreign military sales combat EW systems. Conducted threat analysis, force development and evaluation, and rapidly reprograms EW systems during combat and non-combat operations. Developed and provided inputs to user handbooks, providing critical employment guidance updates to CAF war fighters

F-15 Tactical Electronic Warfare System (TEWS) Lead Engineer, 36th Electronic Warfare Squadron, Eglin AFB FL (1997 – 2002)
As lead engineer for F-15 ALR-56C and ALR-56 Pacer Turbo, supported over 500 F-15A/C/E aircraft with combat and training missionized software. Projects included: F-15 TEWS Suite 4 OFP FDE and ALR-56C out-of-cycle OFP updates. Developed test objectives and organizational processes using design of experiments (DOE) for F-15 laboratory tests. Supported Air National Guard flight tests for ALR-56 Pacer Turbo Suite 3 Block Cycle II and Suite 4 updates. Coordinated, conducted and attended conferences, briefings, and tests in support of EW operational performance. Provided technical guidance and assistance regarding EW system capabilities. Produced reports and handbooks depicting technical and operational characteristics for EW systems. As 36 EWS Safety Officer, monitored and directed all ground/range safety for the squadron.
