Senior Capstone Project
The project was to build a mobile platform to implement a neuron simulator to research artificial
intelligence. The work included using a TI-TM4C1294XL MCU (ARM Cortex-M4) to drive
DC Motors, analyze sounds through an FFT, gauge distances with ultrasonic sensors, monitor
internal temperature and battery levels and transmit all data to an SQL server.
Technologies: Embedded C with register-level programming, oscilliscopes, ICs (digital MUX,
boost converters, motor driver, etc), ARM Cortex-M4 MCU.
Hackathon Project - Information Stations
Using an Intel Edison, the project was to create devices that could be distributed around areas
of a city that did not have easy access to technology, giving info regarding hazardous weather,
