Provided hands-on expertise to reverse engineer broken equipment, rebuild and get product lines up and running. Overhauled security system including wiring and building platforms for camera integration into system. Fabrication assignments included welding and modifying various metals to redesign out-of-date processes. Mapped entire manufacturing plant with drawings to track down air system flaws and repair them. Designed and built an extra production line from scratch to increase productivity. Constantly on the shop floor for assistance and projects assigned independently. Worked in small teams and individually often.

Designed and built custom actuator system to improve and modify air flow over a small car. Rear quarter panel designed to adjust flow over car when interrupted by semi-truck or similar vehicle. Researched current uses of FMC actuators and application to fluid flows. Experience with composites and materials and testing for project success.

Researched and worked side by side with teammates to evaluate characteristics of flight and mechanics in order to design Multicopter capable of Harris Corporation’s needs. Provided expertise in remote control aviation as result of extensive RC background. Kept logs of progress and completion charts to keep processes in order and on time.
