•Managed the design, procurement and construction (EPC) of a complete Rum Rectification and Tank Farm facility generating 7.5M proof gallons per year in Club Caribe Distillers, located in Cidra, Puerto Rico.
•Designed and managed the installation of fermentation and distillation system for production capacity of 1,000 liters per day of Rum; conducted feasibility analysis for scheduling production and manufacturing of 60K cases per year of Pitorro®, a moonshine distilled rum with 7 different flavors that is currently sold in the United States and Caribbean.
