• Sweetener Supply Brookfield IL- Project manager for a $4MM honey blending system. Overall scope included: FEL (front end loading) preliminary design, estimating for funding approval, detailed engineering and construction packages, equipment procurement, construction management, commissioning and start up.
• UGN Automotive Chicago Heights IL- Project Engineer for the design and installation of Dust Control system. Scope included: site evaluation and dust safety hazard review working with a 3rd party consultant, specification of equipment, ducting layout, system balancing, commissioning and start up.
• Quaker Oats Chicago IL- Lead mechanical engineer for a pasta conveying system. Mechanical conveyor, tubular drag type, designed to convey pasta at 7000 lb/hr to (3) high-speed packaging lines. Product breakage specification less than 1%.

• Honeywell Aerospace Olathe KS- Managed relations between Scot and Honeywell in their flight control product lines. Dealing with legacy products and new product development.
• Goodrich Sensor Systems Burnsville MN- Lead the team that assisted Goodrich in the transfer of their aircraft gyro controls product line from Humphrey Aerospace San Diego CA. Oversaw the transfer of knowledge from Humphrey to Goodrich. Worked with purchasing and engineering to help them better understand their new product line. At the same time oversaw the move of a portion of the products into Scot production to help Burnsville maintain current production demands.
• Esterline Control and Communication Systems Rockford IL- Managed the design, development, and production of many new and existing products. Including the thrust reverser for the Airbus A380 Double Decker Wide-Body aircraft.
• Developed business contacts leading to the transition into actuation systems. Growing actuation products from 5% to over 50% of current business.
• General Atomics Aeronautical Systems San Diego CA- Initiated contact and worked with Engineering to manage the development of position sensing devises to increase product reliability on the Predator B (UAV). Further managed design of sensors now used on the current Predator C “Avenger” Turbine powered (UAV).
• Recon Optical Inc Barrington IL (Electro Optical Systems AZ)- Initiated contact and managed product development of turret and pitch position sensors for the Common Remotely Operated Weapon Station (C.R.O.W.S). Further managed the integration of ammunition rounds counting sensor assemblies into Scot production line.
