INTERNSHIPS:
City of Columbus: Construction Inspector and Laboratory Technician (05/2015-Present, Civil Engineering)
City of Columbus Design and Construction, administers construction projects within the right-of-way, including projects for Public Service, Public Utilities and Recreation and Parks. The division is also responsible for the management of Capital Improvements Projects and 3P consultant design contracts that produce constructible design and plan development ready for public sale to construction contractors.
Worked through the summer and continuing work through the school semester at the Department of Design and Construction (D.O.D.C) sub department Materials Testing under the City of Columbus. Completed numerous materials testing in lab and in field such as: concrete field testing, concrete compression and split tensile, full testing and approval on asphalt mix designs through gradations/MSG/Air Voids/AC content from a nuclear Troxler/Compaction tests, impact testing and dimensioning for approval of ADS and SDR pipes, Air and Mandrel inspections for all new storm and sanitary systems installed in Greater Columbus. I performed data reports on our sections daily reports, new designs on storm and sewer plans, and charging surrounding municipalities and companies for our services.
PSI: Engineering Field Technician (05/2014-08/2014, Civil Engineering, Columbus, Ohio)
Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) is a nationally recognized consulting engineering and testing firm providing integrated services in several disciplines.
Dispatched daily to construction sites all around Ohio and Kentucky to complete concrete testing, inspected many components of drawing specifications, conduct soil analysis, inspected reinforcing steel, and other tasks essential to construction progress per ASTM standards. Notable projects include multiple dam sites in Portsmouth and primary inspector for the OSU Football Stadium renovation.

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. develops and operates 1,600 fast-casual and fresh Mexican food restaurants in the US.
Reporting to service managers and the store manager, accountable for all kitchen activities along with ensuring a satisfied customer experience on the food line. Assumed responsibilities beyond kitchen manager status and was proactively learning and improving my skills for a future promotion.

Reporting to the store manager, accountable for the smooth and customer focused operations of the entire store for assigned shifts. Performed inventory reports, daily and hourly paperwork on current operations, managed shifts and employees to maximize efficiency, and was responsible of knowing the entire store operations and techniques for training and supervision.
