As a team, we designed and fabricated a working prototype from scratch, which I
tested with both finite element analysis and real world testing. We improved upon
the hand operated system by reducing operating time by 60%
Leadership experience:
I managed a small group of employees as Workroom Supervisor at my previous
job.
I am an Eagle Scout with the BSA, and I served repeatedly as Senior Patrol
Leader of my troop.
Additionally, I have excellent communication skills and I'm very comfortable
speaking with groups and clients. I'm happy to work in a team environment and I
get along well with most anyone. I have some experience designing and
performing tests in a laboratory environment.
As a side note, I'm also interested in pursuing a Master's Degree, and possibly a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering as it interests me immensely.

Quality Assurance Technician September 2015 - Present
Resco manufactures various shapes and blocks with concrete, plastics,
and other materials. I'm responsible for testing all products and
measuring/certifying molds before and after casting to ensure a quality
product. I read blueprints, and utilize calipers and other measuring tools
daily on the job.
