Created a pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PKPD) model to describe asymmetric mycobacterial growth.
Wrote custom MATLAB code for processing and statistical analysis of the experimental data. Used custom MATLAB code and SIMCA to link specific mycobacterial characteristics with antibiotic tolerance.
