Supports the customer’s Logistics Center as both Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) and Training Subject Matter Expert (SME) for an evolving IT Logistics program supporting more than 4000 customers. Develops specialized and advanced instructor-led and online instruction courses to local, remote and decentralized customers using the ADDIE instructional design model. Ensures all training meet or exceed the American Council on Education (ACE) and International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) standards. Creates and produce graphic materials and animations to support online instruction. Develops procedures, criteria standards, and measurement tools (checklists) used to evaluate training and educational programs. Performs formal evaluations on all training curriculum and training instructors ensuring consistent application of systematic instructional design model concepts. Conducts analysis monthly to identify trends, and provide critical feedback for course and instructor improvement. Significantly increased the program success rate and contributions directly contributed to the program being awarded as a “Division Best” for 2013 and 2014.
Primary instructor on a six-man technical training team with an eight course training schedule. Provide classroom platform instruction for eight separate logistics management and procurement courses that range 1-2 days in length. Create and maintain classroom and online instruction material to Government clients to support an Enterprise level IBM MAXIMO Asset Management software program.
